Positive: I had had a really bad time getting a room; the Hotels.com app changed my arrival date, not once, but twice. I was exhausted and on my third hotel with only 36 hours to explore the city. Not only were they welcoming, but the man at the front desk would not take my reservation number because he said I was a person, not a number, so delightful! The room was perfect, clean, and small. My room, 12, may not be great for a larger person to move around the bathroom. One block from the Seine, walkable to everything, and a metro stop right outside the door.

Summary: Excellent location, quaint hotel, friendly and helpful staff.
