I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 32 square meters apartment, located on the 5th floor with elevator and situated in Clichy.
It is suitable for a tourist or professional stay and can accommodate two people. It will be perfect for a couple!
You will stay ideally near all the conveniences and close to Paris!

My apartment is charming and well equipped, you will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay!
It can accommodate 2 people and is ideal for a couple. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; and a living room with a television to relax after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

My accommodation is ideally located near all amenities. For your daily shopping, you will find a "Franprix" and an "Intermarché EXPRESS" at the foot of the building. You will also be very well served by the different public transport to stroll around the city and reach the capital!

You will be 13 minutes walk from the PALOMANO; 14 minutes from the Roger Salengroy Park; 15 minutes walk from the Parc Clichy-Batignolles - Martin-Luther-King; and 34 minutes by metro from the Sacré Cœur and the Eiffel Tower.
The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

Also known as Clichy-la-Garenne, the city of Clichy is a commune bordering Paris. Born from a Gallo-Roman villa, the village has gradually expanded while keeping its authentic character. Strongly wooded until the Middle Ages, it is from this period that the name of the city is transformed to become Clichy-la-Garenne in reference to the numerous royal hunting parties that took place there. The revolution marks a shift in the economic activities of the city. It saw the rise of the laundresses and washerwomen. The famous "Goulue" of the Moulin Rouge was one of the laundresses of Clichy. It was at the beginning of the 19th century that industrialization took hold of the town with the arrival of the Maës crystal factory and the Appert glass factory, then in 1950, of Citroën. However, Clichy has not lost its "village" character and intends to preserve it between modernity and tradition.
