Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my 70 square metre flat with balcony in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, 5 minutes walk from the Bois de Vincennes. Located on the 5th floor with a lift, the flat is very bright and close to the shops. You will be able to walk around the area and discover Paris! I wish you a very pleasant stay! :) ## Logement Located in Paris, the accommodation is spacious and bright, and is composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (160cm x 200cm et 140cm x 190cm, 1 bathroom and a beautiful lounge area. The accommodation has a BALCON which will be very appreciated in summer! You will have everything you need for an excellent stay in Paris: Coffee machine, Elevator, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, and Washing machine. The flat is located in a very quiet residence, and 50 meters from the supermarkets. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The area offers immediate proximity to the Bois de Vincennes, but you can also be in the centre of Paris in half an hour. The Louvre Museum, for example, is 25 minutes away by metro.
