Summary: On arrival the receptionist was insistent the rooms had not been paid for, even though we had a confirmation email. Then when we did agree to pay for the rooms so we could check in, they told us only 1 room had been booked when the print out clearly stated 2 rooms. It was very difficult to deal with especially after just travelling and arriving on site. I would not stay here again, they are rude and unhelpful.
