Positive: The location is perfect

Negative: Staff is passive-aggressive, not to the point of being point blank rude but still. Unhelpful when I went to say internet wasn’t working well. Blamed my cell phone. My check in was delayed by over one hour. I got there around the check in time and the excuse they gave that my room wasn’t ready is that the other guests who were occupying my room wouldn’t leave 😬
