Summary: I understand the IBIS is a budget hotel and for many travellers it provides a budget price. However, the cleanliness of the room was poor and the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet had stains from the running water and the shower looked extremely unhygienic. There was no soap to wash one's hands at the hand basin, the handle surround on the bathroom was loose and the w/o due opening to the outside could not be secured properly from the inside of the room, making it feel quite unsafe. The air conditioning unit had black soot on the ceiling above the vent which was concerning because of the possibility of contracting legionnaires disease because of the filters not being regularly serviced.
The outside grounds were in a shocking condition, with rubbish littered around the property and the grass needed mowing.
I have stayed previously in IBIS, Sofitel and Accors hotels and this hotel was by far the worst Inhave experienced.

Summary: Poor room conditions. Bathroom flush was hard to use. Power sockets had loose connection. TV remote did not work. No plug for bathtub.

Summary: Convenient to CDG airport but quality level is minimal. Also my room key was permanently desactiveted so I have to go to front desk every time. So frustrating

Summary: Compared to paris hotel prices this is a cheap one and you will get what you pay for. The room is basic and the bathroom is not comfort yet its acceptable since the price is low in the area. Wifi is very bad so i used my 4g mobile net. I loved that they have iron machine ready at your disposal just ask for it and for free. The breakfast is ok but if you wake up late after 9;30 be sure you will be missing most of the items because they refill very slow or they don’t.
There is a bus station that can make you reach all paris but be careful after 10 pm this service stops then you will have to take a cab.

Summary: The overall standard of this hotel is absolutely fine if you take into account that this is clearly a highway motel. It's a little dingy around the corners, but nothing I wouldn't expect for this type of motel - it is located in an remote industrial area though. The hotel have gates, round the clock staff and surveillance and as such I felt save at this hotel. Only thing is that it is quite a long way from Paris. There is a bus just outside the gates, but it is still a long way - it ended up costing me quite a bit in taxi rides. If you do not mind transporting approx. 1 hour back and forth from Paris I can easily recommend this motel.
