Summary: Staff were so friendly on arrival, helping me with my terrible French despite being happy to speak English (after I told him I’d been trying to learn French!) and taking the time to research the rules of the metro and travelling with dogs for me, just to double check I had the rules right. The property itself was immaculate, despite being a little dated. We used it as a base to sleep as we headed to Paris for the day and it was perfect for this. Very comfortable.
