Positive: I wasn't familiar with this brand, and the location isn't right next to the airport or Paris, but I'm glad I booked this and not another hotel. Their commitment to an attentive and informed service more than made up for it. The receptionist was friendly, offering tips for nearby restaurants, shops and the RER. There's a paid shuttle from the airport, but you really don't need it - the website has a clear map showing a shortcut to walk to the RER station. The hotel's wooden decor gives it a classic, British feel - much cosier than the bold, geometric designs of many transit hotels. The spacious shower with multiple spouts is a fun highlight. Coffee, tea, kettle, safe and AC were all provided.

Negative: One missing lightbulb in the bed light, and the towels were a bit worn. I assume this is part of their eco-friendly approach - not everything has to be new, and it was all clean and well-kept. Check the restaurant is indeed open if you want to use it on the day you are there. Overall, a comfortable and honest stay.
