Summary: No hot water in our property. We messaged everyday about it and they fixed it most days, but it then stopped working again the next day. No TV or wifi working in the room, which we reported on the first day, but it took a week to fix and only worked on our last night there. Also had to report a broken toilet seat, which they did fix quickly. Generally a nice place with great activities, although we did have to request a refund on 2 activities as the bowling lane was broken and the laser battle was cancelled and we weren't informed. Would be a really nice place if the factilities were better maintained.
