Summary: Staff at the reception are very welcoming and nice. We had booked a room including breakfast. However, there is still alot room for breakfast service. Hot watervwas not available for on many occasions and when I asked a waitor to help me with coffee, he pointed his finger to the coffee machine without saying anything. I would've loved a little bit of curtesy
