Summary: The location is good if this the neighbourhood you want to stay in. Close to shops and various restaurants. The lobby is clean and check in process simple. The rooms themselves lack upkeep. There are broken and chipped tiles, black mold on the the tile grout and lots of areas that could use a thorough clean and update. There is a faint musty/smoke smell from the whole unit, likely from the curtains and walls. The small kitchen area has an odd drop ceiling that is covered in ceiling foam squares that you normally associate with older/dated office buildings. The AC worked well.
