Summary: Great location - easy to get to from Heathrow and easy to get to most sights and central shopping areas. The room was pretty big (particularly for London standards). Breakfast was ok (not amazing but decent). Staff was nice and very service minded. The hotel is a bit worn down, but nothing major. Be mindful that the pool is not for free - you need to pay, but it’s not very expensive.
