Summary: Reception should let us know when the concierge is away from the desk and how long they will be away. Instead of hiding behind the pillar and letting us stand there on a Saturday evening until we finally had to ask where the concierge was. We ended up leaving and looked for a restaurant ourselves. We just wanted advice as to where to go for something easy with no reservation. We found a lovely soufflé place..: on our own!
