Positive: Spacious waiting area before checking in !

Negative: Overall … most of the staff we encountered from reception point to dinning room area need to remember that they are in a hospitality industry, ie. RB staff need to show some welcoming smiles, sense of caring & wanting to help. Unimpressed with food quality at dining room…hard scrambled eggs, oily sausages, hard baguette, etc! Tell chef to go & learn how to make proper Caesar salad from dining room staff Hotel Kamp in Helsinki ! Hotel bed in rm 731 were too soft and lumpy . Badly designed..large separate toile area but with no handwashing basin attached. We are now in 21st century….need upgrade to your TV to a smart one. No access to CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera , DW news in English, etc. for non European but English speaking clients !

Summary: Most unimpressed. Not recommended to other people .
