Summary: It is cheap, but that doesn’t mean it has to be this bad. Room was cold; no extra blankets and only very thin bedding in November. No soap in the shower dispenser. No bin in the room. I’d precooked breakfast, which was not available when we turned up and consisted of a hastily cut baguette and honey or Nutella. No apology from the front desk who simply said there would normally be none of these problems but we’d arrived too late to point them out. Does the franchise name a disservice.

Summary: This hotel room was below an accceptable level as the toilet facilities were in poor condition. Broken wash basin tap and no toilet seat. Would not recommend.

Summary: Convenient hotel and location, cheap stopover on the way from Carcassonne to Calais. Comfy, clean beds, warm little room, easy check in with bank card late at night. External doors for the rooms so you don't have to go inside to a Reception and faff about. Great if, like us, you have dogs and are frequent travellers. Breakfast also cheap and as expected; hot drink machine, toast, yoghurt, cake and baguette.Be realistic - don't expect the Ritz at this price like some reviewers seem to - it's a bed for the night with a basic fibreglass bathroom unit. If you want a posh place or a holiday experience, fork out more money and go elsewhere. We will use this one again.
