Positive: Breakfast was decent and the food was replenished quickly. There is also parking available near the hotel. Overall, the stay felt more positive than negative.

Negative: The room was very small, with barely enough space to feel comfortable. The breakfast area is also very limited, so during busy hours it can be crowded and hard to find a seat, even though guests are asked to choose a breakfast time at check-in.
