Positive: Location and dinner were good

Negative: Building works going on which blocked the route to our room which the staff at reception were unable of so had to drive round to our room to find the doors locked so had to ring back to reception for help. Later we went out and couldn’t get back in as doors locked again, they blamed us only to find out it was NOT our fault. Not much of an apology was forthcoming!!!

Summary: One member of staff unhelpful!!!
