Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a water dispenser at every floor and a newly renovated cafe/bar at 2nd floor which is a plus point. The room and hotel are generally clean and comfortable

Negative: The housekeeping can be improved, especially with the bathroom cleaning. They took away our towels but didn’t replenish with new ones. Likewise, we finished our tea but no replacements on the next day. The fridge is not working in our room. We would prefer proper cups instead of paper cups please.
