Summary: Good staff, but the beds were terrible. The sofa bed in particuliar. We had to change room because one of the bed were brocken. But the quality was bad and very inconfortable. The other bed was ok, but you had to be carefull when you sat on it: you may fall because the bed was not equilibrated
