Summary: There were two buttons by my door, one red, one green. No explanation at what they were, I assumed the red means DO NOT NEED SERVICE, I pushed and realized was emergency button, I pushed the green and did not stop it , I saw a housekeeper I said I made a mistake , she said it happens all the time , go to the front desk they will turn it off , I went to the desk there was a young very blonde hair girl and I apologized and said by mistake I pushed the button, she just did not like what had happened as she had no idea what to do but by her gesture I could tell she was very mad at me . I sat and waited for someone higher up come and figure it out, no one knew how to turn the emergency alarm off, I finally went back to my room , this time the green button worked and silenced the alarm , I went back downstairs and again I apologized but no empathy from the blonde girl, she still looked at me as I had broken the cardinal rule of church and I am not forgiven. Terrible attitude , by the coffee in the room sucks too, otherwise location and everything else was great !!
