Positive: Very friendly staff, a lovely atmosphereand a beautiful view from the breakfast room. The room was exactly as described and shown in the photos.

Negative: As we stayed during peak season, shuttle wait times were sometimes longer than expected and the website for tracking shuttle locations did not always work properly.
