Positive: Characterful building - interesting rooms. Not far from restaurants and bars

Negative: We booked a junior suite but the previous occupant had broken the heating/AC system so we were offered a double room instead. We agreed but asked if we would receive some money back for the big difference in accommodation. We were informed that the difference would only be 20-30 euros, which we agreed. Unfortunately we did not receive any money back. This tainted our stay.

Summary: Characterful building and interesting decor but bad customer service
