I welcome you in my 77 square meters flat in the heart of Issy les Moulineaux, with a large garden. Very spacious and bright, the flat is ideal for a stay with family or friends, and it can accommodate a family with 2 or 3 children. In total the capacity is 5 people. It is ideally located close to the capital which is accessible in a few minutes by metro.
You can walk around in a nice area and discover our wonderful city!

There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed that converts into a double bed. 2 of the bedrooms have a desk, ideal for telecommuting. You'll also find a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet, a very functional kitchen and a lovely sitting area with TV for relaxing after an intense day. This apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility. The wc door is 70cm (and the width of the wc 70 cm).
You'll have everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible: Filter coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, iron, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, washing machine with integrated dryer. The garden is equipped with a swing and slide, ideal for your children. A covered "terrace" area is at your disposal to enjoy the outdoors.
A plancha is available on the terrace (under cover) to enjoy the long summer evenings.

All essential shops are within walking distance. A Vélib station is just a few steps from the apartment. In the fort, a 2-minute walk away, there's a Monoprix supermarket open Monday to Sunday, a bakery (closed on Thursdays), a pharmacy, a bank, a doctor, an osteopath, 2 restaurants and a swimming pool.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you! There's a great restaurant called "La poudre d'escampette" a 5-minute walk away in the Fort d'Issy, which is one of our favorite addresses.
