Around the corner you will find the popincourt market which is a very active open air market open every tuesday and friday mornings. 5 excellent bakers in the immediate neighborhood ( even for parisian standards it is outstanding ). one the best value for money mid priced restaurant le villaret and an amazing collection of restaurants and cafes nearby. two great butchers and for the convenience of all 3 large supermakets.
The apartment consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen ( including a dishwasher, a full size fridge, a microwave oven and a convection oven) , a table for 2 and a desk with shelves and plenty of cabinets, a bedroom with a very comfortable quality hotel queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a very large closet . the bathroom has a basin, a large shower, a toilet, a washer and a separate drier .
The studio lies on the back of an early XIX century buiding at the second floor ( third american ) and therefore is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open .
The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV and you wont need to pack a multi outlet power bar since there are about 20 outlets at your disposal.
The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.
The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just everywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.
Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.
