Positive: Clean, safe, the staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and the women serving the breakfast were so sweet! Great location, out of the louder parts, felt very safe going back to late at night.

Negative: We did have an issue with the elevator when we were there but the staff helped us with our luggage and we were on the first floor so the steps were doable.
