Summary: Clean room but the bed made a lot of noises from the spring under the mattress, part of the frame. There's a wood board above the spring and it's dislocated so making the mattress tilted one side higher and also when I moved around on the mattress the spring made loud noise. There are 2 showers rooms, one without hot water, lucky the other has. Toilets are clean, breakfast is good plenty of choices. Coffee is nice. Location is very good. You can store luggages before or after check in. There's one woman who served the breakfast looks angry., others are helpful. Bus 38 from London Victoria just right outside the accommodation.
