Positive: The stay was great overall. The staff were absolutely amazing – very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. They really made the experience enjoyable.

Negative: The only downside was the lack of a gym, which is quite important for me. Having fitness facilities on-site would have made the stay perfect.

Summary: Great stay with outstanding staff, but a gym would make it even better.
