Located in a protected Natura 2000 area, this exceptional property offers peace, relaxation, and space on 2 hectares between woods and canals. Le Bas Marais sits in the Marais Poitevin in southern Vendée.
The cottage accommodates 5 guests and is filled with natural light, featuring large glass doors opening to the garden and canal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, and microwave, and opens onto the living room with TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed (double below, single above), and a spacious bathroom.
Each cottage, adjoining others, has a private garden at the back separated by shrubs, a terrace, barbecue, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers facing the canal.
The heated, secure pool is open from mid-May to late September, weather permitting, from 9:30 am to 9 pm.
For your leisure: outdoor games (football, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, darts, swing, slide, Molkky). Bicycles available to borrow, and boat rides on the Hollandais canal possible.
Fishing enthusiasts are welcome—please bring your gear.
