Summary: Staff friendly and helpful. Very well located. It would be nice to have a kettle or hot water available. Cleaning staff didn't always do a good job. One day the room looked dirty especially the bathroom. The next day it was cleaned properly. We were getting ready to leave one day when they knocked on the door to clean the room. I asked they come back in 10 minutes. They refused. So I let them in. 30 minutes later they were still not done. Couldn't find the vaccum she said. This is annoying when you are in a city only for a few days and have planned many activities to make the most of your trip.
