Summary: The room is adequate but the air conditioning is controlled centrally, which is not something the hotel tells you. I asked 3 times for the temperature to be lowered as it was too warm to sleep and the staff were unable to help. On the last attempt, the staff called the manager who said there’s nothing they can do and I should open a window. The manager spoke to the staff in French and never bothered to speak to me to explain or apologise. Not to mention that my room faced a highway so sleeping with the window open is impractical. Terrible service.
