Positive: Breakfast is ok. Rooms are quiet. Staff are good.

Negative: Rooms dated and grubby. Much too hot and can’t turn heat down. Horrible industrial area. Bath tub was broken couldn’t use the bath.

Summary: It’s functional if you have to be in the area.
