Summary: Very disappointing service. When we arrived at the hotel, we understood that early check-in was not possible and politely asked to store our luggage. The receptionist simply pointed to his left and said “2nd floor”. We took the lift to the 2nd floor but could not find the luggage room. When we came back down, the receptionist knew we were confused but remained silent and did not offer any help. Eventually, we found the luggage room by ourselves. It was actually right next to the reception. Throughout this, the staff showed a very sour expression and was not helpful at all. In addition, the room was very small. Overall, poor service and an unpleasant first impression. We will not come back again.
