Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The linen was very clean and smelled sweet and freshly laundered. The meal, which was not at all fancy, was perfectly adequate and enjoyable. We did not need a fancy meal after a whole day travelling and with another one ahead of us. Overall a very pleasant stay at a reasonable price. We will certainly consider using Novotel again.

Negative: We had a little trouble finding the place as our Sat Nav sent us the back way through the Tesla compound. The hotel was a little tired in places and although the staff were amazing we felt there were far too few of them. A couple more would have made al the difference to guests and staff alike.
