Positive: The hotel is beautiful and the ski-in ski-out is a bonus.

Negative: For a 5-star hotel it was somewhat disappointing. We were a group of 5 across two rooms and none of us slept well because the rooms were extraordinarily hot and there wasn't a temperature control in any of the rooms - it is controlled centrally from Reception, which we only discovered the following morning. Also the light flickered in the sitting area of our room (it was like sitting in a disco), we reported it, someone apparently went to the room to fix it, but when we returned after dinner, it wasn't fixed. It was the first day of the ski season and it felt as if the staff didn't really know what they were doing - this was particularly the case at breakfast where we had to ask for food at the buffet to be refilled. It was all explainable, just not what I would have expected for 5 star prices.

Summary: Did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel
