Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Immediate follow up after booking. Helpful, friendly, correct.

Negative: Immediately after booking with the app, the owner called me and explained that he had just sold the room, asking me to cancel. But I wasn't able to on the app. I think because the reservation was for the same day (?) Owner suggested two other places nearby. He was helpful and friendly. I guess this can happen if you book very late (I booked at around 19:00 of the same night!). But Booking keeps bugging me for a review. Since everything was handled well, here is an 8-rated review.

Summary: Over-booking. Correctly communicated. No payment.
