Positive: This was quite simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Every individual member of staff is so friendly, attentive and kind. They were able to advise on local walking trails. Everything was beyond our expectations, the comfort, the attentions to detail, the food, the wine, the spa. They even provided gluten free bread. I could keep going.....

Negative: Nothing. It was perfect.

Summary: This was absolute heaven. I have already forwarded the details to my family and friends.
