Positive: Brilliantly situated in the heart of Narbonne. Friendly helpful staff at reception. Clean comfortable rooms. Superb value for money.

Negative: It was a challenge having no air conditioning during a heat wave. But open windows worked fine.

Summary: Can't think of a better value hotel with such a brilliant location.
