Positive: The actual hotel is gorgeous and the location fantastic. The bathrooms were lovely. The problem was that the room (suite) we got was nothing like the lovely one in the pictures. It was in a dingy, dark attic, miles away from reception, so we had to drag our luggage up another staircase.

Negative: The misrepresentation of the room.

Summary: Lovely hotel, but shame the attic room we were given was nothing like the beautiful one in the pics
