Enjoy your stay in a fully equipped apartment in a typical Parisian Neighborhood. The flat is one bedroom apartment plus a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Located in the Jourdain District, 10 min from the city center, in a very quiet and charming street. My place is bright and spacious with all sorts of shops and commodities nearby. Jourdain district is like a village in Paris, has Parisian atmosphere, full of small food shops, Bakery, cheese, wine merchant and typical cafes. Access to all monuments in less than 30 mins.
Have breakfast or dinner on the balcony and enjoy the Parisian Sunset.

Summary: We just returned from a magical week in Paris and much of what made it special was our comfortable stay in Chris' beautiful apartment! His place is in a peaceful residential neighborhood within walking distance of an amazing park, cozy cafes, shops & metro stations. There is even a great little ice cream shop a few doors down! The photos posted are accurate. The apartment had everything you could possibly need: lux linens, comfortable pillows, amazing full-window blinds operated by a simple Alexa command, coffee, tea and toiletries! The shower is huge and if your stay is more than a couple of days, Chris allows use of his washer and drier; a lifesaver for us as we were on a 3-week trip, traveling just with backpacks. Our daughter was quite comfortable on the large pull-out sofa, and we had more than enough room to relax whether outside on the plant-filled balconies or inside where flatscreen tv, books, etc were available. It was quite easy to access Netflix while there (though we only watched it one night because who watches tv when you have Paris spread out before you?). Our host was in constant contact with us, always making sure we were comfortable in the apartment and enjoying our stay! Do not be discouraged by the plain, artless exterior and dark hallways - upon opening the door into his space, you experience perfection. We highly recommend Chris' space & would welcome him anytime if he ever visits our home state of Oregon.
