My duplex is quiet and very functional. It's ideal for a family.
The apartment has been completely redecorated by an interior designer.
There's a wide choice of shops and restaurants nearby.
The apartment comprises 1 bedroom and a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen.
On entering the apartment you'll find :
- a double sofa bed (140 by 200),
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- sitting area with TV,
- Toilets separate from the bathroom.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B train towards Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and disembark at Gare du Nord.
Transfer to Metro Line 5 heading to Bobigny - Pablo Picasso.
Exit at either Ourcq or Laumière station, both a short walk from our duplex.
From Orly Airport (ORY):
Board the Orlyval light rail to Antony station.
Switch to the RER B train towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry – Claye and alight at Gare du Nord.
Follow the directions from Gare du Nord as mentioned above.
Nearby Public Transport:
Metro Stations: Ourcq and Laumière on Line 5 are conveniently located nearby, providing easy access to Paris's iconic landmarks.
Bus Stops: The 19th arrondissement is served by numerous bus lines, offering seamless connectivity to various parts of the city.
