Positive: I like that the place is spacious for my family.

Negative: When we arrived to the apartment we barely got any supplies. Instead we got leftover shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and was probably from the previous customer. I had trouble with the washing machine because initially I thought it doesn’t have a dryer. I appreciate the owner’s quick response and informed me that he have someone deliver a drying rack. But it never happen. He never communicated to me again even after I messaged him about the drying rack. Poor customer service. To top that, the building is on renovation and it was so loud almost everyday.
