Summary: The property and room itself is perfect, as is the location. The caution comes with staying in Hautvillers itself - due to it being summer, only one restaurant was open and only served food until 5. So, recommended to bring some picnic supplies with you or have a designated driver to go in to Epernay to eat. I did love wandering in the vineyards though - this place is wonderful for the soul.
