Summary: AC didn't work. We left our things and came back later at night to find out about the AC. The room is tiny with long ceiling, so without AC it was almost unbearable. I'm asthmatic, so my husband asked the reception about the alternative room or refund. In response, we were offered a fan. Alas, it wasn't acceptable to us. They could've told us at the check in about the AC issue. At the end of a bit of heated exchange of words, we were refunded and left the facilities in the middle of the night to look for other place. It wasn't a good experience, but the hotel is in the convenient location, comparingly spacious entrance with cafe, and they offer paid garage (accessible only from the street). You may though leave a car parked just outside in the street. So cannot say about anything else as we left the place the same night we entered it.
