Positive: We stayed here for an exhibition and found the location ideal—just three metro stops from the exhibition center. There’s also a nearby market, coffee shop, bakery, and several restaurants. For fast food lovers, there’s a McDonald’s about a 1 km walk away.
Negative: Overall, the apartment was clean and well-equipped, with fresh sheets and towels provided. However, being on the ground floor, there was no natural sunlight, and the windows were closed off from the outside to reduce noise from cars and people passing by. Unfortunately, the noise was still a major issue at night, with traffic sounds, ambulances, and police sirens. For those staying on business like us, quality sleep was challenging, so earplugs are a must. There was also a slight smell upon entering and in the bathroom. Some minor improvements would make the stay more comfortable, like adding umbrellas for guests since the weather can be unpredictable, and fixing the entrance door, which only stays closed when locked. The sofa had stains, and the pillows had a noticeable odor, which detracted from the overall comfort. While the location is great for the exhibition, some enhancements to soundproofing and comfort would make this a much better option.
