Positive: The hotel had many convenience stores in walking distance, such as a grocery store, bank and is in front of a tram line. The staff were super friendly and explained things perfectly and my room was clean and spacious for what I needed. I also liked that there is a laundry within the building especially after a long journey to the country. I appreciated the help from Mara who had helped in identifying where the closest ATM was for me and the check out process was quick!
