Our house in peace and without opposite, totally renovated ideally located on the dune of the beach of Pouldu in Santec, awaits you!
the house has a living room-stay equipped with a chimney, the kitchen is done up and equipped.
In the cellar a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
On the floor 3 rooms among which 2 equipped with beds 160 x200 (new), the 3rd room is equipped with a bunk bed 3 places, a fourth bed is possible in bed 80 x160.
The garden of 700 m2 has a beautiful terrace of 30 m2 and gives access on the dune and the beach (110 meters).

Summary: We had a wonderful two weeks at the house. It has everything that you need , is well equipped and the location was perfect for us . The house is well designed and comfortable , we felt at home which made our stay all the more special.Yvon and Anne our hosts were very kind and helpful and we would certainly stay again.
