We built our villa a year ago, bringing all the necessary comfort: air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (American fridge / freezer with water dispenser / ice / crushed ice, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, Thermomix, wine cellar ...) 75 "cinema TV screen, connected Sonos speakers, washing machine, dryer ... two bathrooms, one with bathtub. Softened water throughout the house.
Outside, a large swimming pool of 10x4m (salt treatment) awaits you with automatic shutter secured, swimming against the current, aquabike, and lined with a terrace of 70m ².
Table and chairs, deckchairs at your disposal sheltered (or not) by an arbor, and an outdoor shower and a real Jacuzzi 6 seats (5 seats and 1 elongated) providing its benefits with its 150 jets massage and its soft light.
Another terrace facing south, covered, offers a garden furniture and two barbecues: a gas with plancha, the other coal, according to your preferences.
Very quiet, yet 4 minutes from the tram depositing you Place de la Comedie in 15 minutes.
Little more: the supermarket accessible 3 minutes walk is open 24/24.
3 bedrooms available with large double beds. An optional children's room with 1 single bed + 1 single mattress possible, as well as a cot on request. The panoramic sofa is also an extra bed.
Warning: our cats live on site and will be with you during your stay! They know how to be cuddly, but also keep their distance if you prefer.
