Positive: Pool and hot tub. Without these there is no reason to stay there.

Negative: They failed to give a house # and adequate directions. They lock the laundry room and for three nights gave exactly one bath towel and one pool towel for each guest. And there are no hooks to hang these towels. So you cannot have clean towels during your stay. Additionally, each guest gets ONE pillow. The kitchen is not well stocked -- no smaller plates. There was a DOG BED in the house but pets are NOT allowed. See dog bed photo. I kept staring longingly, wishing i had my dog. Is the dog bed there to mock dog owners? Make that make sense.
