Villa of 130m2 with landscaped garden of 2500m2 fully enclosed and planted, with secure pool area (large above ground pool with access walk-in); view of our local mountain: the Pic Saint Loup (which we are so proud of and which only peaks at 600m! )
The villa is located on the edge of a classified and protected pine forest, suitable for mountain biking and ballads ... in a particularly quiet and green environment.
The living space of the garden is not overlooked, the only noise being that of cicadas and birds!
It has a capacity of 7 people maximum.
It is composed as follows:
a beautiful stay, dining room
a separate and fully equipped kitchen, with starter products provided (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee filter, cleaning products ..)
3 bedrooms (one with double bed 160cm, one with double bed 140cm, one with single bed and sofa bed 2 people, two of the rooms have direct access to the garden,

a bathroom, separate toilet

Air-conditioned with large openings overlooking a beautiful terrace of 50m2 and the garden.

access to the pool is private and completely enclosed;
