The pinnacle of vertical living, you will have a truly experiential stay in this meticulously designed townhouse.
This home is set over five floors with stairs.
The Space:
Entering the main entrance at ground level takes you to a large studio area and cloakroom.
Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find a bedroom, currently set up as an additional living space, with a comfortable large double sofa bed, smart TV with Netflix and plenty of storage. Across the landing you will find a contemporary white tiled bathroom with walk in rain shower.
Upwards and on the second floor is the master bedroom with a large double bed and plenty of storage. Across the landing the bathroom with a large bathtub - serenity! Each bedroom has an ensuite of sorts given the layout of the house.
The third floor takes in the main living area with a double height ceiling and dining area, all basked in natural light thanks to a super large 3 metre window, not to mention skylights from the roof terrace above. The kitchen is situated off the living room and is fully equipped for your stay.
A feature spiral staircase takes you to the main attraction of the house on the fourth floor where you will find a light-filled reading area with a full expanse wall of Crital doors leading out to the roof terrace set over two levels. Quiet, private and enjoying sunlight well into the evening, it's the perfect space for sunset drinks or al-fresco dining on the upper deck.
This home sleeps upto 4 guests but is optimal for smaller groups who will love relaxing in the space.

Primrose Hill is a compact, villagelike area of grand Victorian terraces and pastel-coloured Regency townhouses. Previously a relatively unknown area, the village has evolved to a classy neighbourhood with a variety of pubs, cafes, restaurants, food and fashion shops.
Just minutes from the world famous Frieze festival in Regents Park, you won't be able to find a better space to stay in during the event.
Primrose Hill itself offers one of TripAdvisor's best views of London.
Getting Around:
The nearest underground station is Chalk Farm - about 10 mins from the house. There are also frequent buses into the centre from nearby bus stops.
Primrose Hill, Regents Park & Regents canal are all within walking distance.
